FROM DATES TO A NEXT STEP
You already have the dates. Start with your spreadsheet, or try a single record. No full setup needed to see how it works.
Paste cells or open an Excel file. If you’re starting small, enter one person or staff ID, a course and its expiry date.
Try one recordFilter expired dates and the next 30 days. Check the original evidence, correct your preview and download the rows you need to follow up.

Or £120/year, billed upfront. Save £24.
Choose your billing period in your workspace.
At launch, enter LAUNCH20 in Checkout: 20% off the first invoice, limited to 50 redemptions. £9.60 for the first month or £96 for the first year; renews at the standard price.
Flags help you review the dates you enter. CertKeep does not verify qualifications or send automatic renewal emails. Calendar downloads are snapshots; export again after dates change.
One person with three courses uses three records. Estimate the entries you actually want to keep.
This fits Pro: up to 1,000 records for £12 paid monthly, or £120 billed annually.
This is arithmetic, not a recommendation of which courses are required. Plans are limited by records, not people; one administrator per account. No account is needed for this estimate.USEFUL BEFORE YOU SIGN UP

The same private register, with guidance for the records your team keeps.
A straightforward register, with a clear idea of what it does.
You may not need to. If your sheet, date warnings and review routine work, keep them. Try the free spreadsheet check to see the dates clearly. A saved CertKeep register offers ready-made filters, CSV reports and calendar downloads without maintaining spreadsheet formulas. It still needs you to review and update the evidence.
No. Choose Review & save from your own spreadsheet preview or single-record preview. The reviewed entries stay in a temporary draft in this browser while you sign in. Confirm which records to add to your private register. The draft lasts 30 minutes; existing saved records are never overwritten.
The useful question is how many dates you need to keep straight. Five people with three course records each means 15 records. This is an example, not a training requirement. Free holds 10 records; Pro holds up to 1,000. Use the calculator near pricing to estimate your own team.
Start with the next job or the next date you already know about. The free spreadsheet preview needs no account and makes an immediate date review possible. CertKeep cannot prevent a missed renewal on its own; the follow-up and original evidence still matter.
No. Every example worker and certificate in the public demos is fictional. The demo is separate from saved accounts, and changes to it reset on reload. Please use invented details when trying it.
No. Saved records are restricted to the account that created them. They do not appear on the homepage or in the demo. Authorised service operators and hosting providers may access data when needed to operate or troubleshoot the service; see the privacy notice.
Certificate details are stored in Cloudflare D1. This is not a public directory. We do not claim UK-only storage. You can use internal staff IDs instead of full names, and export your register at any time.
No. This version flags dates in your register and downloads calendar events with reminders. Import those into your calendar and check its notification settings. Calendar exports are a snapshot; export again after dates change.
Each account has its own private register managed by one administrator. Shared multi-user organisations are not included in this version.
No. CertKeep is a record-keeping tool. You decide which training is required and verify certificates yourself. A Current status reflects the date you entered, not an independent competency assessment.
The register stores certificate details and references, not document uploads. Keep the original certificates in your existing secure document storage.
Yes. Export all records as CSV at any time, including after cancelling Pro. You can edit or delete individual records from the register.
Open the spreadsheet you already use. Find the dates that need a call, a booking or a check against the original certificate.
