Service scope
Certkeep provides a single-administrator training record register. Free accounts can hold 10 records. Pro accounts can hold up to 1,000 records. A record represents one person's course or certificate. File uploads, shared team accounts and automatic email reminders are not included.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Pro costs £12 per month or £120 per year, payable upfront in GBP and renewed at the selected interval until cancelled. Annual billing saves £24 compared with twelve monthly payments. Review the final total in Stripe Checkout before confirming. Use Manage billing to cancel or update payment details. Cancellation currently takes effect immediately, and Pro capacity ends when Stripe marks the subscription cancelled. Review the cancellation confirmation before proceeding, particularly on an annual plan. Cancelling in the billing portal does not automatically request a refund. The 30-day guarantee below explains how to request one; outside that voluntary guarantee, contact us about refund requests or any credit shown by Stripe. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Launch offer: enter LAUNCH20 in Stripe Checkout for 20% off the first invoice, subject to the existing offer’s 50-redemption limit. The first monthly invoice is £9.60, then £12/month; the first annual invoice is £96, then £120/year. The discount does not repeat at renewal. Stripe confirms availability and the final total before payment.
After a downgrade, you retain access to existing records, editing, deletion and exports. If you have 10 or more records, you cannot add new records on Free until you are below the limit or renew Pro.
30-day money-back guarantee
Your first CertKeep Pro payment is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. It applies to both monthly and annual plans, including purchases using a discount. You do not need to give a reason.
Email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of your first successful Pro payment. Include the billing email or invoice number so we can find and verify your purchase. We use the time your request arrives to determine whether it is within the window.
We refund the full amount actually paid for that first subscription payment to the original payment method. If you paid annually, this means the entire first annual payment. We process refunds manually through Stripe; the time for funds to reach you depends on your bank and payment method.
As part of the guarantee refund, we cancel the associated Pro subscription to prevent further renewal charges. Pro capacity ends when cancellation is confirmed. Your existing records remain available to view, edit, delete and export; Free allows up to 10 records and adding more is blocked while you are at or above that limit.
This voluntary guarantee applies to your first Pro payment, rather than later renewals or a new subscription after cancelling. Cancelling alone does not request a refund: email us to claim the guarantee. The guarantee is additional to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you may have.
Limitation of Liability
CertKeep is an organizational aid only. The business owner and user remain ultimately responsible for their own regulatory and legal compliance.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Certkeep is not liable for a failure to comply that results from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you, or your failure to verify requirements, arrange training or act on renewal dates. This does not exclude liability for Certkeep’s own breach where that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Your responsibilities
You must be authorised to enter the information in your register and keep it accurate. Expiry statuses reflect the dates you enter. Certkeep does not verify qualifications, determine legal training requirements or certify regulatory compliance. Check original documents and maintain suitable independent backups.
Availability, support and refunds
The service may be interrupted for maintenance or provider outages. No guaranteed availability or support response time is offered. Contact the operator about billing errors, refund requests or technical problems. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Data and acceptable use
Your training records remain yours. You allow them to be processed to deliver the service as described in the privacy notice. Do not misuse the service, access another account's records or upload confidential information you are not authorised to share.
