A card check on Friday is easier to act on than a surprise on Monday. Give each scaffolder’s card and course its own row, with the date you have checked against the original.

A review you can repeat.
- Start with the actual card type, operative or internal ID, and printed expiry. Keep different CISRS card types distinct in the course name.
- Add separate rows for other training your work requires. A scaffold card date is not a substitute for checking the role, experience and training needed for the job.
- Filter renewals for the next 30 days, contact the provider and update the date after renewed evidence is received. Export the register for a pre-start review.
