Keep the card date separate from the course dates.
A course completion does not, by itself, tell you when the driver’s qualification card expires. Keep the actual card date visible and check the official hours record when planning periodic training.

A review you can repeat.
- Record the qualification card’s checked expiry. If you also log individual courses, give each its own row rather than replacing the card date.
- Check hours using the official service and confirm the current National or International route for the driver’s work. The general periodic-training requirement is 35 hours every five years; eligibility and exceptions need an official check.
- Choose a review lead time that leaves room for arranging training. CertKeep can download calendar dates, but it does not submit hours to DVSA or DVA.
