- Use the GOV.UK service to check the individual licence. Review the relevant licence category and current result.
- Enter the checked expiry date under the appropriate course or licence name. Use an internal staff ID rather than collecting extra personal details.
- Filter the register when planning renewals. Repeat the official status check when required for the work, even if your recorded expiry is still in the future.
